‘Delusions of Grandeur’
Exploring the magic that is the natural world in Northern California, Leder works loose and quickly, endeavoring to capture an experience before the light changes the scene, resulting in ethereal interpretations of fleeting moments. These works are a reminder of the world as imperfect and in constant change.
This collection of work was born out of the COVID-19 pandemic, which encouraged Leder to slow down, revisit her painting, and marvel at the ever-evolving natural world surrounding her mountaintop home.
